SERVICE POLICIES

If cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled start time, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred (regardless of reschedule).

When cancelling service within 12 hours of scheduled start time (late cancellation), you're responsible for paying the full cost of service(s) booked.

• Late cancellation rule also applies to individual service portions - example: if you book a Fill + 1 Hour Nail Art, but decide last minute that you want to drop the Nail Art, you will still be responsible for the full estimate of original booking.

Mani Maeve will send an invoice via email to collect late cancel fees.

• Fees can also be paid via Cashapp, ApplePay, or cash in person - contact if this option needed.

• You may rebook once balance is paid.

Your service may be abbreviated or cancelled if you arrive 15+ minutes past scheduled start time.

• Please call or text Maeve ASAP if you know you will be running behind schedule. (317) 622-0908

• If partial or entire service must be cancelled due to tardiness, late cancel fees apply.

Mani Maeve practices mutual respect. Nail Friend and Nail Family Members are compensated with 1 “Mani Trade” unit per minute if you arrive on time (within grace period) but have to wait beyond 15 minutes to be seated at Maeve’s table for service. Mani Trade beads can be used to purchase Tisane Body retail, and Nail Family can also apply them to their nail service total.

Balance due at end of service. Nail Family members can request an invoice to delay payment up to 2 weeks.

• Accepting: cash, cards, PayPal. Will accept CashApp for tips only, not full payments.

• Nail Family invoices can be requested as PayPal or Square invoices. No fees added for delayed payments.

Masks are encouraged but no longer required for service. If you are immuno-compromised or anxious about germ transmission feel free to ask Maeve to wear a mask throughout service (otherwise she will wear temporarily for dust protection).

Wash hands prior to service.

Notify Mani Maeve ASAP if you are experiencing flu or COVID symptoms, have tested positive, or have been exposed.

You are welcome to bring up to 2 teen/adult guests to your appointment (13+ years). Please notify Maeve prior to appointment. Children below 13 years are loved but discouraged for liability and vibe reasons.

• Parent life is hectic! If an emergency arises and you have to bring your older child(ren), a fee of $25 per child will be added to your service total.

• If children’s (or adult guests’!) behavior interrupts Maeve’s workflow or they don’t respect studio environment, service may be abbreviated or cancelled; late cancel fees apply.

No babies. We love babies, but cannot accommodate them in the studio.

• Maeve’s definition of “baby” includes kids up to 4 years old, for safety & vibe reasons.

Many clients request unique freestyle art. Please keep in mind that you lose creative control w/ this option.

• Freestyle means artist’s choice. Maeve will ask for initial input, but once she begins the art session, may not be open to feedback or requests.

• Freestyle art sessions require a flexible budget.

• Regardless of whether you love, like, or hate your art at the end of a freestyle session, you will be charged according to work executed.

• If time allows, you may request changes or additions to freestyle art before topcoat is applied; you will be charged for the additional labor.
